Lessons in Online Marketing: Bonobos.com, a startup
i believe you have an awesome product in the making. if you don't already have plans on monetizing, e-mail me and I can share some of my initial thoughts.
Having fun playing with it right now. FYI, I'm 18 of 20: 90% :)
It was my first API (inspired by some of the stuff on programmableweb.com, which you mentioned to me). I made it just for fun, to say, "look, I get how APIs work."
This isn't a money-making project, and I don't plan on doing anything professionally for a while. But definitely send me any ideas that you've got.
@Josh: 90%...impressive!
This is definitely awesome. Thanks for the shoutout and glad I could be of some use. Would love to talk about this project further if you have the time - shoot me an email.
It's awesome that you decided to pick up and learn php/mysql. What specific sources did you use and how much time did you spend a week learning.
I want to learn how to code as well, but wanted to see how much of a commitment it will actually be.

If you used any simple resources besides the ones above, I would love to know.
Thanks for the resource! I found your blog by clicking on your quote in Charlie Hoehn's E-book. http://bit.ly/MpiXI
I'm not a programmer, but I am a Mechanical Engineer looking to expand my skillset.
Thanks again and good luck!
